 💥 jazz re:freshed pick for Sounds of 2020  💥

Jazz violin in the modal jazz world is still rare. Johanna's main musical influences therefore aren't violinists but horn players and singers. Another strong pillar is Johanna's love for techno, specifically stemming from her native Berlin. The mix of jazz and electronics is thrilling and what better place to explore this than the current London jazz scene.
